Expired Date: Apr 10, 2025The Rams Club is seeking an accountant to assist with our mission of providing world-class educational and athletic opportunities for Carolina student-athletes. As one of the most highly successful athletic fundraising organizations in the country, The Rams Club raised over $600 million for Carolina’s student athletes and coaches in the last University-wide fundraising campaign that recently ended in December 2022. The accountant assists with the recording and analysis of financial transactions, detailed tracking of expenses related to multi-million-dollar capital projects and related debt financing, the annual audit and tax returns, reconciliation of investments and preparing and analyzing the budget. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance as a member of the Finance team at The Rams Club and will work closely with other teams within the Rams Club, the Department of Athletics, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Rams Club’s core values of Teamwork, Dedication and Excellence are essential in the dynamic and rapidly changing environment of college athletics fundraising. This position is an exempt, 40 hours per week, in-office position.
