Strategically plan and play a primary role in the execution of all student-athlete recruitment activities for the Wisconsin Women's Basketball program. In addition, this position plays a substantial role in content creation for program social accounts.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Camp planning, registration, and execution
- Works closely with Equipment Manager to select program equipment and maintain equipment budget
- Compliance logging in ARMS for all recruitment-related needs
- Oversees monthly recruiting budget
- Creates in-house and on-campus recruiting content for digital representation of the Women's Basketball program
- Maintains all documentation and organizes all off-campus travel accommodations and information for coaches
Manages a program and/or programmatic activities. Initiates, develops, and implements operational services that support a defined project, program, work unit, or function to advance program goals and objectives. May supervise staff and/or approve unit expenditures. - 25% Plans, implements, executes, and evaluates existing strategies and objectives for a program and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program or function enhancement - 15% Identifies workflow needs, contributes to the development of strategic and operational solutions, allocates resources, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures - 20% Schedules logistics and secures resources for program activities across multiple work units to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and specifications

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
