Job Summary

Job Summary

• Help with the training of new employees.

Qualifications:

• Must show experience using straight stitch, serger and blind hem machines.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a rather busy area. Must be task oriented.
• Exhibit listening and communication skills when working with customers, to find out what their needs and timeline is to complete their orders.
• Must be able to take recommendations and directions from supervisor.

• Choose best ways to complete customer requests.
• Determine turnaround for each service/customer
• Purchase supplies to complete projects

Education/Experience

Minimum education/experience

Required:

5 years of proven alterations experience.

Computer experience to be able to enter orders.

Operate blind hemmer, serger machines and industrial straight stich machines.

Preferred:

1 years of college or Trade School

10 years of experience

• Operate blind hemmer, serger machines and industrial straight stich machines. (Required)
