We are currently seeking applications for the full-time position of Assistant Director/Associate Director/Director, Business Operations. This position will report to the Associate Athletics Director, Finance & Business Operations within the Business & Finance department of DAPER. (Title will be based on experience)

Your responsibilities include:

    • Provide program management and cross-functional execution of various business operations across the athletics department, including, but not limited to: employee onboarding/offboarding, technology procurement, third party vendor management.
    • Oversee the day-to-day aspects of key business operations initiatives, including overall management of scope, schedule, implementation and financial aspects of the initiative.
    • Partner with key business and cross-campus stakeholders, including third-party vendors, to drive key program activities.
    • Prepare and distribute financial and operational reports for assigned units.
    • Monitor, audit and approve all expense transactions for assigned units.
