The Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field is responsible for supporting all aspects of the cross country and track & field programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with recruiting and retaining quality student-athletes, coaching, practice and competition preparation, and strength and conditioning coordination to promote student-athlete success. The Assistant Coach ensures adherence to all NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Additionally, this position assists with program operations, including travel coordination, equipment management, fundraising, and other assigned duties. The position reports directly to the Director of Cross Country/Track & Field.
