Your Role on the Team

The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for providing athletic strength and conditioning training, as well as consultation, to eighteen (18) intercollegiate athletic teams. Additionally, this position supports the Director of Athletic Performance in the following areas; Scheduling the Santora Elite Training Center (Center) for team use, developing and implementing an orientation program for new student athletes, and the repair & maintenance the Center, as well as the equipment contained therein. The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach reports to the Director Athletic Performance.
