Job Summary

ETSU

Athletics is accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Athletics Ticketing.

The main objective of this role is to supervise and manage the administrative and operational aspects of the athletic ticket office. The position requires strong leadership, professional knowledge, and the ability to ensure that ticketing and donor operations meet high standards of excellence. The individual in this role must adhere to

NCAA

, conference, university, and government policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the operations of the athletics ticket office. This position is directly responsible for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the unit operations which includes, but is not limited to, business operations, customer sales and service, and appropriate communication to all constituents.

Knowledge of enterprise ticketing solutions.

Knowledge of AudienceView Unlimited ticketing.

Knowledge of sports management and oversight of athletics game day ticketing operations.

Attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills.

Self-starter with an outstanding work ethic.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

One year experience in a collegiate or professional sales setting or a related field with proven successful experience in achieving sales plan goals;

OR

2 years of GA/internship in sales or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree

Experience with AudienceView. Unlimited ticketing software system.
