Job Summary

Assists the Business Office with business operations to support each NCAA varsity sport. Carries out business and financial functions for each assigned sport. Customer service for coaches and staff throughout the department.

Essential Functions

* Audit Concur and Panther Express for assigned student-athletes and sports
* Complete necessary journal entries for assigned NCAA sport
* Assist with new employee onboarding
* OneCard management per NCAA sport
* Encumbrances
* Game Guarantee payments
* Cash Advances for coaches and staff
* Cash deposits and reporting
* Wheels of Support administration
* Team travel per diem and team travel service contract reviews
* Hotel, bus, and banquet contracts
* Flight approval and reconciliation
* Clery Act
* Team travel budget oversight.

Physical Effort

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
