Job Description Summary

This position performs work in the student-athlete services office primarily concentrating in admissions and eligibility while ensuring integrity with all NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), and Wake Forest University (WFU) rules and regulations. Responsible for managing the Wake Forest University athletics admissions screening process and ensuring that all NCAA initial eligibility requirements for first-time prospective student-athletes and transfer prospective student-athletes are met.

Conducts preliminary transcript eligibility evaluations, serves as the primary athletics liaison to the WFU admissions office and NCAA Eligibility Center, assists with the eligibility certification process, and communicates daily with coaches, academic staff and compliance staff. Must be highly organized and provide meticulous, accurate, and detailed oriented.
