Job Summary

 

Serves as the game event manager for the Athletic Ticket Sales Department. Responsible for the day-today ticket sales, ticket operations, gameday operations, and customer service. Provides support to ticket operations and game events. May supervise student assistants. 

  • Assists with game/event management for all sports programs as it relates to ticket office and sales and will serve as point of contact for visiting teams, officials, security promotions, spirit groups, and the band
  • Responsible for day-to-day ticket office needs. Prepares and organizes tickets and other materials for athletic events. Inbound and outbound calls to local community members and ticket holders about information and ticket sales. Sets up athletic venues ticket booths in working order for game days.
  • Assists the AD of Ticket Operations with coordinating services with university providers, such as Facilities Management, and external vendors.
  • Coordinates game operations logistics, such as preparing ticketing needs prior to gamedays, and assisting with the distribution of tickets to student athletes and visiting teams.
  • Process reports & sales through the ticket system Technotic for game days.
