Department Summary

Position Summary

The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach is accountable for assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of world-class strength and conditioning programs that are aligned with the individual performance goals of student-athletes and will help them attain optimal sports performance. This includes research and design of a program to deliver agreed objectives based on evidence-based practice, as well as the application, instruction, and evaluation of the program’s impact and culture.
