Job Summary

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree
   
2. Advanced knowledge of techniques and strategies
   
3. Proven ability to teach and coach fundamentals and advanced skills
   
4. Thorough knowledge of NCAA Recruiting Rules
   
5. Proven organizational and leadership ability

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree
   
2. Experience recruiting at the collegiate level
   
3. Experience coaching male and female vertical and horizontal jumps
   
4. Experience with organizing team travel, campus visits, and home meet management

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

2. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work
3. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
