- Bachelor’s Degree - Two (2) years of collegiate playing and/or two (2) years of coaching and recruiting experience at the intercollegiate level or commensurate experience - Experience with Basketball Player Development - Social media and creative content experience - Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within the first 60 days of employment - Must be able to pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Test for off-campus recruiting within 30 days of employment and annually thereafter - Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability, and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility, and/or diversity

- Must be able to work evenings and weekends and travel with the Basketball team, with a minimum of 25 travel days a year. - Must be available in the summer to work basketball camps. Must be available to recruit on recruiting weekends.
