Associate Director of Athletics for Development, Club Sports, and Compliance
Drew University is seeking a dynamic individual to be part of the athletics department leadership team. In this role, the individual will play a key role in athletics fundraising efforts, will work with student-led club sports, and will assist the administrative team and coaches with NCAA DIII compliance.
Responsibilities with Athletics Advancement
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects in support of the athletic department's initiatives and goals under the direction of the Vice President for University Advancement.
Under the direction of the Athletic Director and Vice President for University Advancement, this position will work directly with head coaches to support the development and implementation strategies to achieve individual team fundraising goals.
Fundraise restricted and unrestricted funds for teams and the department through personal solicitations and events.
Support key fundraising events and programs which include, but not limited to, the annual golf outing, giving days and the Hall of Fame.

Assist in the management of the Sport Clubs Program by advising clubs and coordinating important aspects of the program including travel, home events, and risk management.
Assist with purchasing of equipment and uniforms.

Responsibilities with Compliance
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree is required, master's degree preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in collegiate athletics advancement highly preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to interact with diverse groups is required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for college athletics and sports
Ability to work evenings and weekends
