Qualifications

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree.

| | Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.

| | Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Knowledge of Big Ten Conference and NCAA rules relative to recruiting, and knowledge of NCAA regulations relative to proper rules of play in the sport of women’s basketball. - Good organizational skills, - Ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, parents and the media, computer literacy (particularly with MS Office & Synergy).

| | Preferred Qualifications |
- Collegiate basketball coaching and playing experience. - Experience with recruiting and thorough familiarity with outstanding players around the country, specifically with top 100 women’s basketball players in the country. - Experience with running summer camps.

| | Equipment Utilized |
- Experience with using video software system’s to game plan for practice and competition. - Proficiency with a computer (MAC and/or PC), iPad, email, fax, copier, editing equipment involved with video software Synergy and compliance/recruiting database Jump Forward.

- Nights and weekends will be required.
