The Assistant Director, Marketing and Production Services will report to the Manager, Production services and be responsible for assisting in videoboard shows across multiple sports, will run point on grassroots marketing initiatives for non-revenue generating sports and will be responsible for the Sebastian, Cheer and Sunsations social accounts.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Direct Soccer, Volleyball, Women’s Basketball and Tennis videoboard shows
Assist the manager of Production Services with shows across other sports as needed
Assist the Event Presentation team and the Field Manager for Football games with sponsorship activations and on-field participants
Upload content to Display Studio, Pro-Presenter and the TriCaster across all sports
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sponsors and marketing teams to appropriately integrate in-stadium content
Build buttons and put together the order of the show across sports
Work with the Event Presentation team to enhance all the videoboard shows through videos, graphics, on field promotions, skits, etc.
Assist in maintaining the relationship between Daktronics and our products
Oversee tennis streaming including preseason setup and testing, monitoring of the streams during the matches, setup and tear down of Play sight and camera equipment

Build content that drives revenue and has potential sponsorable assets associated
Develop relationships with those in the community and serve as the primary point of contact with local businesses, clubs and teams in order to support Olympic sport attendance
Engage and incorporate local communities in unique ways in order to drive non-revenue sport attendance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Production
1+ years in live sports or entertainment production
Experience with Control Room Equipment & Daktronics Display Studio systems a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletics program
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES
Ability to work independently, set priorities and think critically
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and multi-task orientated
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
Ability to complete graphic design projects with tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects
Strong desire to efficiently learn and implement new technologies
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
