Position Summary

UNM Athletics Academic Advising is seeking an Athletics Class Checker to provide support for the department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:Maintains accurate accounts of students’ attendance for assigned coursesProvides form to collect signatures of assigned students for designated coursesPromptly arrives on time to course to collect signatures from assigned studentsCommunicates with Lobo Center for Student Athlete Success (LCSAS) staff to report student attendanceDistributes correspondences and other materials to department staff, faculty, and coachesGeneral office duties include: preparing documentation, answering inquiries, and assisting in validating schedules and appointments
