Position Summary Information

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Graduation from High School and one year of experience in accounting or administrative work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. - Ability to communicate in written and/or verbal form - Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds - Ability to professionally represent the program/department - Ability to work with clients (students, employees, public) via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, and/or emails - As needed, ability to work independently or as a team member team - Ability to be organized | | License/Certification Required | | | Essential Job Functions |
Front desk coverage in the App State Athletics Center facility, including checking and relaying messages from the main Athletics phone line, and greeting and providing directions to visitors of the Athletics Center. Assist Athletics Business Office with payable and clerical duties; including filing, purchasing card reconciliation, packet scanning, and submissions. Submitting invoices for payment within the University’s electronic payment system. Other duties as assigned. | | Preferred Qualifications |
