| Minimum Qualifications |
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in intercollegiate Athletics.
- Experience with event coordination.
- Ability to effectively interact with students, public, faculty, staff and general public.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven track record prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
- Some nights, weekends and holiday are required.
- Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with the NCAA, Conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation and ability to utilize proper standard office source manuals.
- Ability and select, assemble and organize date and edit reports.
- Ability to compose routine correspondence.
- Ability to perform general bookkeeping/clerical accounting.
- Ability to perform the functions consistent with intermediate word processing and intermediate spreadsheet applications as demonstrated by a skills assessment.

- Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Division I intercollegiate Athletics.
- Knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.
- Athletics Business Office experience.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.
