Your Role on the Team

The Manager of Field Operations reports directly to the Director of Field Operations and uses skills as a seasoned, experienced intercollegiate athletics professional with a full understanding of industry practices and campus policies and procedures to plan, administer and coordinate the daily operations for several events. Resolves a wide range of issues of diverse scope and complexity. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Must have experience managing full-time and part-time staff.The Manager of Field Operations should be experienced in game day management as it pertains to field operations care pre, during and post-game.
