Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two or more years of related work experience with a collegiate or professional athletics program in the capacity of a videographer. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient knowledge of post-production editing systems. Proficient knowledge of camera operation, lighting schematics and ability to shoot and edit field and studio assignments at a high level. Ability to provide routine maintenance of equipment, backup digital content, log and catalog raw footage. Effective administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects according to deadlines. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Ability to travel and work hours on nights, weekends and holidays. Grade 7 (Salary).

Position Description:

The Creative Producer for the University of Louisville Football program is responsible for the day-to-day creative video and post production needs of Football. This includes but is not limited to designing and producing innovative motion graphics and videos to be used across multiple platforms, collaborating with Athletics Marketing to enhance the fan experience through in-venue videos, social media strategy, recruiting initiatives as well as maintaining a working video archive of all team highlights, functions and events. This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff for Football.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce all creative video needs for the Football program including set-up, shooting, editing raw footage, designing and producing innovative motion graphics for video usage across multiple platforms (in-game, website, social media, etc.)
• Develop, create and execute weekly plans for team highlights, recruiting and motivational videos containing the unique aspects of the Football program and the University through original video content
• Assist the Recruiting Coordinators in developing, creating and executing social media strategy and weekly content plans across Football channel; design and create all recruiting and signing day video materials at the request of the coaching staff to be used on signing day and throughout the year
• Film team functions and events
• Assist the Video Coordinator with day-to-day technology operations including usage and maintenance of equipment and provide technical support to football coaches and staff throughout the year for promotional and in-house usage in creative video content
• Maintain workable library of game/highlight film archives including metadata tags, oversee student video staff with regard to post-production responsibilities and other video related needs as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff for Football.
