Job Summary:

The Coordinator Frog Club Services is a key member of the Frog Club, University Advancement, and Athletics teams. The Frog Club generates the philanthropic support TCU student-athletes need to earn their college degrees while competing for championships in 22 different varsity sports. This position is particularly responsible for supporting operations of the TCU Frog Club by providing administrative support to the Frog Club staff, facilitating customer service for donors, and administering office projects and programs.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  1. Supports Assistant Vice Chancellor/Senior Associate AD with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phones, responding to donor inquiries and preparing documents and spaces for meetings.
  2. Utilizes the department’s two CRM systems for tracking ticket and donor information, Paciolan and ADDIE, to lookup relevant constituent information and process payments as necessary.
  3. Assists with coordinating travel arrangements and agendas .
  4. Maintains records and various administrative files for the Frog Club services by collecting, maintaining and prioritizing information as well as documenting relevant procedures and telecommunications.
  5. Assists with management of Frog Club budget by processing expense reports, tracking expenses, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Occasionally assists at events and/or within premium seating areas by managing registration
  6. Manages registration at some events and/or within premium seating areas.
  7. Supports the department with administrative and reception duties including greeting visitors to the department office suite, updating contact information for department members, submitting work orders, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and receiving/distributing mail.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned
