Director, Football Social Media & Creative Strategy

Description** :** This position will develop and execute a strategic, creative vision for the University of Tennessee Football program, focused primarily on the generation and publishing of digital content for both external audiences, current student-athletes and prospective student-athletes. Foster a team atmosphere across creative units (football, communication staff, 151 creative, VFL Films & fan experience) in which collaboration, ingenuity, new ideas and risk taking are prioritized. 

Manage a team of multiple full-time content creators and undergraduate assistants. Help build the brand of Vol Football, along with Chief Creative Officer, Associate AD, Football Communications and football staff.  Work within and abide by NCAA compliance rules.
