The Football Performance Dietitian will implement daily performance needs, develop and present education information, and conduct individual counseling sessions with Nebraska Football student-athletes. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Must be able to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel if needed with the team.

Must have either: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Master’s degree with
DPD
requirements and be a registered dietician with 1 year experience as a dietician. Strong communication, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
Master’s degree preferred. 1 year of collegiate or professional sports or other related experience.
Previous experience counseling student athletes on nutrition related topics. Strong background in developing and presenting nutrition education materials.
