Duties & Responsibilities
This position will have the ability to work in many different areas of the football program.
Potential duties include, but are not limited to
Assisting the recruiting coordinator on game day, unofficial visits, and official visits o Recruiting data
Retrieval and sorting of mail
Filming games
Answering phones and communicating correspondence with UND Football Staff
Student Equipment Manager/Student Coaching Assistant role with joint oversight by DFO/Head Equipment Manager:
Practice set-up and break down on a daily basis
Work with coaches during practice to help set-up and execute the drills
Learn how to properly fit and maintain equipment such as helmets and shoulder pads
Taught how to properly maintain an accurate inventory on a daily basis
Locker room set-up for all home games
Perform game day duties that will be specified by the DFO
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Ensure proper storage of equipment o Retrieval and sorting of mail
Other projects assigned This position will have changing demands/needs based on the time of the year and team needs. - (Essential)
Required Competencies
Experience with office technology preferred (ex. copying machine)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player

Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate student enrolled at the University of North Dakota who qualifies for Federal Work Study.
Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
