Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head Coach of Track & Field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing student-athletes, as well as a strong background in track and field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for student-athletes
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques and strategies
- Recruit and retain talented student-athletes
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling, travel, and equipment
- Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the overall success of the program

- Previous coaching experience in track and field
- Strong knowledge of track and field techniques and training methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
