Description:

Drew University, a NCAA Division III member of the Landmark Conference, is accepting applications for the 12 month full time position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will be responsible for all aspects of the women’s program including recruitment, retention, budget, academic support, practice preparation, game day coaching, fundraising, and community service. This position will assist with site management during the off season as assigned by the assistant athletics director of operations and will also consist of a secondary duty as assigned by the athletics director.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of a 3-5 year record of successful coaching in the sport of soccer with an emphasis on recruiting, teaching, coaching, and athletic leadership. The applicant should have a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and have strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and be a good ambassador of the university. This position will require the candidate to communicate within the University community as well those outside that community.
