Linfield University, a proud member of the NCAA Division III and the Northwest Conference, is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Head Menâs Basketball Coach. This full-time position is responsible for all aspects of the menâs basketball program, including coaching, recruitment, player development, and program administration.

⢠Lead and oversee all operations of the Menâs Basketball program.
⢠Recruit and develop student-athletes who excel academically and athletically.
⢠Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, Northwest Conference, and Linfield University regulations.
⢠Manage the programâs budget, scheduling, and fundraising efforts.
⢠Hire, train, and supervise assistant coaches.
⢠Foster a positive team culture and support student-athlete academic success.
⢠Engage in community outreach, alumni relations, and sponsorship initiatives.

⢠Bachelorâs degree and at least three years of coaching experience (or an equivalent combination of education and playing/coaching experience).
⢠Strong knowledge of basketball coaching theory, strategy, and recruiting.
⢠Understanding of Title IX, NCAA regulations, and the role of athletics in a liberal arts institution.
⢠Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
⢠CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hiring).
⢠Valid driverâs license required.
⢠Masterâs degree in a relevant field.
⢠Previous head coaching experience and a strong recruiting track record.
