Overview

The mission of the Princeton University Department of Athletics is to strive for excellence in academics and athletics, while embracing equity in opportunity, good sportsmanship, and ethical conduct.

Reporting directly to the Athletics IT Specialist this position will provide day-to-day support for the administrative staff for the Athletics Department in 10 different locations on campus. The Athletics IT Support Specialist must be familiar with different types of technology and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Mac computers, tablets, and smartphones. The incumbent provides technology support for the Athletics Department through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and requests entered through the University's service manage system (ServiceNow). This position is expected to go to different sites on campus to provide technology support and manage other duties as assigned by the Athletics IT Specialist.
