Department of Athletics - Men's Basketball

Responsibilities

 

Manage purchase orders and payment reconciliation of purchase card for equipment, strength and conditioning, men's basketball office and staff, nutrition, and recruiting correspondence. Compile a seasonal budget. Assist in submitting compliance paperwork. Assist in event management, including but not limited to: coordinate monitoring of post practice/workout/meeting/ snacks and meals, camp operations, pro day, training camp, facility needs/reservations, meals, parking, security, and expenses. Coordinate meals for coaches, team, special events and assist in planning/set-up/distribution. Compile Budget Reports. Assist with team travel.

Assist with player development and onboarding such as guest speakers, team events, job creation, life skills, and building relationships, housing application, etc. Compile requests for administration staff and player tickets. Responsible for communication with the players on signing up for game day tickets and communicating with parents on pick up locations and times.

Oversee video organization for scouting preparation, practice edits, and current player files. Liaison to coaches video to simplify the tech and video combination.  Assist the Chief of Staff as needed.
