Job Description

Primary duties include directing specific aspects of monitoring student-athlete player development in areas of academic performance, student conduct, and student welfare. This position will work directly with Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS) to monitor all aspects of academic performance. Responsible to serve as liaison to both internal athletic department offices and campus constituencies regarding academic support and player conduct reporting.

Provide direct administrative support to the Head Coach and assistant coaches in directing, coordinating, and managing various administrative aspects of football operation. These duties will be performed while include adherence to NCAA Compliance standards and University and Athletics guidelines and operating procedures.

Establish a system for increasing the football program’s visibility
Strategize methods for achieving goals and measuring results
Oversee creation and implementation of social media and marketing content plans
Assist in content creation utilizing graphic design and social media platforms
Implement research industry standards and best practices

Administrative responsibilities
Greet and manage visitors and guests of the program at reception desk
