Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days. Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service first and solution-minded attitude. Present exceptional interpersonal skills, via in-person or radio, by communicating with multiple constituent groups on game days including staff, donors, vendors, etc. Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures. | | Percentage of time | 70 |

Provide support for the game day operation and management of all premium seating spaces of University of Georgia Athletic Association by serving as goodwill ambassadors to all premium seating guests while implementing operational and procedural policies set forth by UGAAA.
