Department of Athletics - Men's Basketball
Responsible for designing and instructing strength and conditioning programs for assigned FSU intercollegiate athletic team(s). Creates individual instruction on proper exercise techniques and safe and proper use of equipment for student-athletes. Instructs athletes on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. Administers testing protocols and evaluates results.
Supervise activities and instruct athletes in the proper usage of strength and weight training equipment. Assist with the management of departmental strength training facilities.
Plans and implements strength and conditioning programs based on determined needs, time, and facility limitations. Oversee schedule and development of volunteer coaches.
Assist with on campus recruiting of student-athlete prospects.

Assist with property inventory, purchase of equipment, preparing portions of budget, and selection and order of apparel.
Master's degree and one year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. (Note: a higher level of education may substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
