| Primary Duties and
Responsibilities: |
Manage the overall daily operations of Belmont University Ticketing Services. Provide ticketing services to Athletics, the Fisher Center, CVPA, CEMB, Event Services and all other campus activities. The Ticketing Manager will ensure a hospitable, smooth, and efficient operation. This role is highly visible requiring regular interaction with Missouri Valley Conference officials, Nashville Ballet, Opera, Symphony, Performance Artists, Center for Executive Education, local High School partners, and local political debate organizers to name a few. Leads by example at all times.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders to include, but not limited to Athletics, Fisher Center, College of Visual and Performing Arts, Commencement Committee, Center for Executive Education, and the office of Event Services.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with all external stakeholders to include, but not limited to the Missouri Valley Conference, Nashville Ballet, Nashville Opera, Professional Performance Artist Agents, and local High Schools.
Develop reports and gather patron activity data for development and athletics fundraising and relationship building.
Responsible for personnel hiring and daily management. Provide supervision and training for the Ticketing Coordinator, Sports Administration Intern and Athletics Intern. Schedule staff to cover all ticketed campus events.
Responsible for programming and monitoring the Paciolin ticketing system, tracking daily sales and deposits, ticket account management and fulfillment. Maintain Paciolin software with upgrades as needed, troubleshoot issues, schedule and perform maintenance on hardware.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests and train all Box Office personnel in customer service standards. Provide rapid response for critical issues.
Build and maintain seating charts based on individual client needs for the Curb Arena, Fisher Center, MPAC, McAfee, Troutt, Black Box, Wharton, Gabhart Chapel, and Ayers Conference space.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic accounting skills with proficiency in or ability to learn Quickbooks.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
