Provide strength and conditioning services specifically for the Men’s Ice Hockey, Men’s Soccer, and Skiing teams along with others assigned by the Director of Athletic Performance, and through collaboration with Head Coaches, Athletic Medicine staff and other support staff. Oversee and provide administration within the Athletic Performance department in conjunction with the Director of Athletic Performance. Demonstrate a commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelors Degree in a related field and three years relevant experience required. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (
CSCS
) and current certification in Red Cross
CPR
and
AED
required. Effective communication skills and basic competency with computers. Demonstrated commitment to issues of social justice and diversity required.
