Dependent upon practice and competition schedules.

Nights and Weekends based on game day events.

Will work 40 hours a week regardless.

Pay Rate

$13.00/hour ($22,500 salary)

Minimum Experience/Education

College degree or in final semester

2 years of experience in an equipment room

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Baseball/Softball experience preferred but not mandatory

Self-motivated, positive attitude

Willingness to learn and be coached

Proficient at multi-tasking, communicating, and managing people

Ability to lift 50lbs

Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Baseball, Softball, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, and Men’s & Women’s Tennis.

Working with each team’s student managers

Developing and maintaining inventories

Assisting coaches with practice and game day needs

Helping with ordering and vendor relations

Fitting and maintenance of equipment and apparel

Assisting with packing and travel logistics

Oversight of laundry

Other duties assigned
