The Athletic Department is seeking a qualified individual for a two-year term as a Graduate Assistant Coach to help in all phases of a highly successful NAIA volleyball men's varsity. This position will allow you to utilize your skills on the job, and in the classroom, as you pursue your Master’s degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Loyalty to Coaching Staff
2. Practice preparation
3. Scouting report preparation
4. Supervision of conditioning program
5. Preparation of game videos
6. Game day preparation
7. On-floor coaching
8. Assist in recruiting

9. Other duties as assigned

   This Graduate Assistant will help supervise student managers and players.

17. Student assistant coaches and/or players involved with the club coaching ranks

18. Be accepted into an ONU Graduate program

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree is required

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This person will report to work at our Bourbonnais campus. This position will showcase your skills on the job, as well as in the classroom.
