Head Track and Field Coach

Duties:
The Head Track and Field Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the track and field program, including planning and conducting training sessions, developing and implementing competition strategies, and ensuring the physical and mental well-being of student-athletes. This role involves recruiting talented athletes, coordinating with assistant coaches, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The coach is also tasked with managing budgets, scheduling practices and competitions, and promoting academic success among team members. Additionally, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, engaging with the community, and representing the program at various events are crucial components of this position.

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree. 10+ years of experience in coaching or athletics administration. - Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills - Experience in supervision of employees - Commitment to adherence to university and NAIA rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - 20+ years of coaching or athletic administration experience
