- No Prior College Coaching Required - Need to have a high-performance training background Or be USPTR Certified - NOT Mandatory if you have pro-level playing experience or have a high-performance background

• Must have the ability to travel and recruit both international and domestic student-athletes abilities.
• Must be able to motivate and instruct student-athletes.
• Have a commitment to diversity.
• Strong desire and ability to promote the sport to the general public.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills required to recruit high-level student-athletes and interact with parents and coaches.
