CLEMSON, S.C. - Following a historic, first-ever College Cup appearance and ten consecutive NCAA tournament bids, Eddie Radwanski has officially agreed to a new contract that was approved by the Board of Trustees Compensation Committee, as announced on Thursday. It is an exciting opportunity to resign and extend my contract with Clemson, Radwanski said. I am so glad and proud to lead the women’s soccer program and have the support of the Clemson Family and the Clemson Athletic Administration. A lot of good work has gone into the program the last 14 years and I can’t thank my staff enough for all the time and effort that has been put in to make the program what it has become. Obviously coming off an exciting year, making the College Cup and doing things for the first time historically, and we are excited to continue on our journey. We are grateful for all the support we get. With the contract extension, Radwanski adds three additional years and is set to lead Clemson through 2028. Radwanski is entering his 14th season leading the women’s soccer program and has taken the program to the NCAA Tournament in each of the past ten seasons, including its first College Cup appearance in 2023. The program finished the season ranked 3rd in the nation with an 18-4-4 overall mark and four Tigers were drafted into the NWSL. Radwanski’s 143 overall and 61 ACC wins are the most in Clemson history.
